  • Session 6: Columns Example 1

In this example, we have a simple two-column table with headings. In the braille example, notice that the columns begin in Cell 3, preceded (and followed) by a blank line. The transcriber has separated the headings from the items in the column by using a Dot 5, Dots 25 line separator, scaled to the length of the longest entry for that column. The transcriber has also used guide dots (dot 5) in the first column to help the reader identify where the next column begins.
