Tables, oh my! There are so many different types of tables, it is difficult to discuss all of the ins-and-outs of how to do tables. The complete rule on tables, Rule 8, is provided (note, this is a large file!). As in some of the other readings, probably the best technique to assist you in learning how to do tables is to present you with a number of examples:
